I confirm that the child being registered is under 18, pays a registration and will be given a different colour arm band which needs to be worn at all times.
I accept that all Registration Fees that I pay are non refundable if the registered child is unable to join the Interhash 2026 event but can be transferred someone in the same age range. Registrations will not be considered paid until paid in full.
I accept that the Organizing Committee of the Interhash 2026, the Hares duly appointed by the committee, sponsors, agents and servants accept no liability for any injury, damage or loss, however these may occur before, during or after the event.
As the parent I agree to be responsible for the child or children at all times. If the child goes on the walk then the parent must walk with the child. The responsibility can not be passed to another Hasher unless the child is over 12 years.
At the venue the child must remain with the parent or parents group at all times. If there are any issues relating to complaints or behaviour that can’t be fixed than the child and parent maybe asked to leave the venue or run.
